Is it still possible to loot the components to rugs gongs etc? haven't found any since the CU

I was wondering the same question, I haven't been able to loot any such components since the CU.

Been a while since I tried, but I need to get some of those old loot kits for my TC houses. If Prime comes up, I'll spend a couple hours macroing Thugs and see if I get any,

The answer is no - none of these parts have dropped since the CU. There is or was a quest that allows you to get the blue rug adhesive (droids head quest I think) but thats it.
