I've seen some people with a container in their house that looks like the triangular locker you see in the Warren. Is that a lootable schematic or something?

ok late night reply here :>

if you are talking about the imperial locker room - where you might loot the letter disk in ??

if i remember - they are availible from imperial and rebel recruiters as furniture items -[ i am sure you know that you have to be combatant status in order to access them for purchase with your faction points ]
