Items And Loot Archive

I have several questions that revolve around these toolkits which are use in smuggler slices. Firstly i know that these are lootable items but i do not know were to loot them. So if anyone know is would appreciate it. Secondly, i was curious if there were schematics for these items, lootable or otherwise.
