if u have claimed them all, u have to wait until 27 month to get one

Use the /claim command and that will bring the menu up if you are eligible for a reward.

I noticed in the patch notes that we get 2 more rewards....my account is over 2 years for the 9 month and 24 month requirments..but when I log on I dont get the menu like we normally do to claim them. Is there something I should do or a command to type to get them? Or am I missing something? Or are we to wait another 9 months and 24 months to get these now?
Sorry for the silly question but I would like to see these new rewards.
