I want to be completly sure before i use it
I have an armour attachment with pistol aiming 2 and two handed melee speed 3. I want the two handed one to stick but i am not sure if it will because it is second on the list. Do you know if it would stick or not? would i have to put a +2 pistol aiming on first so the two handed of this AA will stickbecause it is second on the list?

The higher number enhancement will stick, no matter what the order.

Armor Attachments / Clothing Attachments are kinda tricky, especially the ones with 2 attributes.
Lets take yours as an example.
+2 Pistol Aiming
+3 Two-Handed Melee Speed
If you put this attachment on a piece of armor by itself, the result will be:
+3 Two-Handed Melee Speed.
If you put this attachment on a piece of armor along with another attachment with Two-Handed Melee Speed the result will be:
+2 Pistol Aiming
Any attachment always takes the attribute with the highest number, and only one attribute. However the way around this is to add another attachment with the same attribute that's equal to or higher than then one you want canceled. Be very careful when you add another attachment with the same attribute mod to a piece of armor for they usually cancel each other out.
Another Example for ya:
(Tape 1)
+2 Weapon Experiment
+3 Survey
(Tape 2)
+4 Survey
(Result)
+2 Weapon Experiment
** EDIT: (Updated Examples Due To New Info) **
Here's a post that goes into much more detail about AA / CA

This is incorrect. I have tested this extensively myself, and in order for the mod to cancel out, the tape you're adding first has to be of greater than or equal to value than the mod you're trying to cancel. Using your example, you would need at least a +3 survey SEA in order to cancel out the +3 Survey mod on the first SEA. Aside from that, - SEAs don't get added to clothing. Using them in an item simply makes them disappear, taking up 0 slots. I was very disappointed to hear this, as I wanted to make a really really awful suit that had like -25 WS xp or something, but it doesn't work. Tested that myself too.

Has this been changed in recent patches?
I admit i haven't added any tapes since I got what i needed a couple of months ago, but I did quite a bit of testing myself beforehand.

Just started doing BH Missions and got an AA with 4 carb defense, 6 bleed resist, and 18 medical warfare efficiency, just wondering about what price this would normally go for? Thanks in Advance.
