What is the Padawan braid for? Can it be used for anything like crafting? Or is it just another useless jedi item?

the padawan braid is a quest item, from Luthik's last mission.. You are supposed to turn it into him as proof that you killed the "last jedi"

its for the dark jedi mission on dantooine.

u give it to the guy outside the waterfall.

Sorrybutwhen I first saw this my instant reaction was that a padawan braidshould bethe "scalp" Bounty Hunters(or others)receive as a reward when they send a padawan to their permadeath. I can just see the walls of BH homes lined with little Padawan braids.

Note: the above is just in jest, but the thought does bring a slight smile to the face of this eventual Master Bounty Hunter, who is roleplaying it all the way

Where did you get it?

I recieved a Padawan braid in my inventory after finishing a mission from the jedi under the waterfall on Dantooine. Does anyone else have one? is it totally meaningles? She didn't give it to me it just showed up in my inventory. Any thoughts?

You arent supposed to keep that item, the guy who GAVE you the mission is supposed to take it when its over.

He tells you to "return with proof" of your deed, the braid is your proof.

I did the Jedi quests last night. Take the braid to the Dark Jedi that you got the missions from. He told me that the Master may choose me over one of the other initiates. I dont think I ever saw him there before. I got my Sith Holocron the other day. I went back to the location last night and poof there he was.. Was I blind the first visit? Has he always been there giving out these quests?
