You do the quests for the Singing Mountain clan. (have to be rebel or neutral)

When you get to the mission where you need to kill the stormtrooper sergent (and get his shoulder pad), after you kill/loot him, place it in your storage droid or backpack,

you can do two things:

go to the outpost and pick up another mission, they will ask you if you want to get out of your other contract (say yes) - then don't pick up their mission.

then go back to the singing mountain clan and get the mission again.

or go back to the singing mountain clan and tell them you failed - she will give you the mission again. (it's been reported she won't sometimes, so that's why most people do the first one)

I could be wrong, its been awhile, but I think this is a reward item from a quest in mos tieke/teikie (something like that) on tatooine. Its an npc town with noshuttle.

can anyone confirm?

lol no i just remembered, I think this might be from the nightsister theme park, I was thinking of the at-st helmet before.
