It could be a photoshop, but I also think that bazaar item categories disappear if an item of that type doesn't go up after a certian amount of time.

A weapon category will not be displayed on the vendor or bazaar search unless at least one of those weapons has been put up for sale or auction on a bazaar terminal or searchable vendor within the last 2 weeks. So the fact that 5 galxies don't list that weapon, merely means that no one has sold, or tried to sell one in the last 2 weeks.

I know that there is no category for Wookiee Toothpicks OR 2 Handed Sith Swords on the vendor search in Tempes, though I know people with both, have seen both, and have almost completed the quest for the sith sword, and know where to get the toothpick. People simply aren't going to sell weapons that rare, so you don't see them on the bazaar. The same case was true with NK executor swords until I got my second one.

no offense, but what is true for tempest might not be true for bria or ahazi. additionally, most of these rare things do have a category in the bazaar because of people using their vendors for storage.

i've killed countless donkuwahs pre-cu. all they dropped was donkuwah poison and donkuwah knives.

Woah..I just made a Character on Chil...and..under Rifle..it's There...

I must now kill the Ewok Population....

I also threw it on my vendor and a category under rifles does appear on vendor serach when looking for the crossbow.

Excellent, somehting else to get.

Now, is there any chance of narrowing down the targets? I have killed Donkuwahs around the DWB, as other have said they did. But Donkuwahs are Duloks, not Ewoks. What species, currently, is confirmed to drop them?

i looted 2 of these crossbows a week or 2 ago. I was hunting Donkuwahs trying to loot a donkuwah knife. (dont know if these even drop any more) but i did get 2 crossbows in the process. it was definitly from Donkuwahs.....since that was all i was attacking looking for that knife.

for hunting Donkuwah i usually head drom the So to the maruader cave POI...fund some along the way there....then head to the dWB from there. i dont remember how many i killed.....it was alot cause i was looking for that knife....that i never got...lol got the crossbows instead.

I looted one off a Donkuwah as well, I cant remember where I was though... I was doing an NPC BH mission and these guys were near my mark and attacked me.
