i noticed on the forums several people r getting +7 attachments. anyone know where?

these r single mods, i thought the bh ones were usually 2 mods or more with fairly large numbers

I looted a single mod +7 Camoflauge CA off of a Tusken Warlord about 2 hours ago at the Fort Tusken POI.
