Thread: New Idea for Looted Clothing!!! Looking for opinions.

Im not sure if this has been mentioned before or not, but i thought of a neat idea for looted clothing. Here we go.
First off, Master Tailors would only be able to make a items that can be looted in schematic form (one time use ones). More explained later.
The clothing would be the uniforms of the different MOBs around the galaxy. such as Jantas, Corsairs, Nightsisters, Blacksuns, and everyones fav, the Meatlumps. Now like most loot, you wont get a part of their uniform with each kill. Here is a sample of killing Nightsisters.
Nightsister clothing, being they are usualy cl71+ will have lesser drop rates and such items like the Headdress or a certain type of Chestplate would be looted in a schematic that a Master Tailor can make. The rest of their uniform parts would be looted regular. These articles of clothing could come with sockets for sea's.
Now for lesser MOBS like Meatlumps....
All their articles would be lootable with no schematics. Since these NPCs are usualy cl5-15 (?). Their drop rate shouldnt be common just to keep them somewhat special for awhile. These will not have sockets
For other MOBs like Cosairs or other cl35ish most of the part of the uniforms will be lootable. Certain items like a Captains Jacket, or a few different helmets can be looted in schematic form for Master Tailors to make. These could be used to make runs. Since they come from medium lvl NPCs.
As for other parts to loot, I have seen different types of things in hair or types of head decor (lol). These should also be lootable to go with the uniforms. It would be neat to see some toons running around that actually looked like a Nightsister or Singing Mountain.
Another idea to add to the new lootable clothing, would be clothing quests. These would be for clothing such as Vadar's Cape, Obi's Jedi Gear, Bobba's Armor and these would be done through a series of quests. The clothing would also be wearable, but the armor would not be any form of protection.
I know that since the CU its been nice to see less Composit Clones in rainbow colors, and more showing of style. With the buffs, foods, psg, sea's, someone can go out and troll around in normal clothing, so people are showing more style and personality. This would add greatly and would be open to all, not just uber jedi or the favored Bounty Hunters.
I dont know about you, but i would love to run around looking like the Meatlump King lol or my new galfriend the Jabba Queen (err, my alt i mean, the gal lol).
Please dont flame, but im open to ideas to add or changes. Maybe see it in a patch someday 
Do any Devs post in this area? Or am i posting this in the wrong area lol?

it's mainly cause this would have abig change on Tailors and I don't think you wanna nerf tailors anymore then they alreadu are, keep in mind we still want the profession not to turn out like a combo of Smuggler with Weaponsmith. Then tailors would only make money if they had those schems and they make more money of of shirts with mods on it plus sockets

I think it be cool to be able to loot schematics of various mob's clothing, but I don't like the idea of loting vader's cape or Boba's exact armor.
