Looking for a little information on where this carbine comes from, i was told it comes from the avatar space platform, but is it a random loot drop? has anyone looted one or could it be the weapon that is in the bugged lootbox?

The hallsweeper is a random loot from the Avatar Platform and from the Trando house in Keren. It uses the same graphics as the Tenloss DXR-6b rifle. Its kinetic damage, and its stats are somewhat random, so its possible you might be able to get a decent one. I've looted maybe six of them, and I think the best one was 270 dps or so, pre-slice.
