Can you put a powerup on a anti-decayed item? If so will it still not decay?

I'm pretty sure you can put any item that decay into the anti decay kit.

Yes you can. I've been powering up my weapon to kingdom come and it's still at the same condition as it was when I added the anti decay kit. You can also special constantly and die without insuring and everything will still be a-ok.
From what I've heard, though, there's a pistoleer shot that can still damage your weapons if you're hit with it. I haven't confirmed this yet, but it seems probable.

Disarming shot, as far as I know that's just a rumor though.

there apears to be a bug with weapons under 25% condition when you put them in a anti decay kit. Putting damage power ups on these cause their stats to decay every time you put a power up on.

Disarming shot has not damaged weapons since very very very early in the game.
