OK, I've been trying to get my hands on an Imperial Banner, so far with absolutely no success. I voted for Victor once, got the medallion. I voted for him again next election, Shawn got in. I voted for him the election after, go to pick up my prize and he says that I already have my award. My question is this:

Can you get loot from a candidate you voted for more than once or do you only get one reward ever?

I believe its random what you get. For Shawn, I was awarded a Decorative Statue instead of a ornate rug. Needless to say I was angry. I guess the medalion is like the statue for Victor. Sucks the way they have that setup...
