one consideration you might want to think about is that armor is going to change in the combat update... atleast that's what I've heard. So you might want to wait until then to use Anti-Decay on your armor.

Has anyone tried putting their Anti-Decay Kit onto a piece of armor and then taking it into battle. Does the kit protect against condition loss caused by getting hit, or does it only protect against decay when you clone? I think a lot of people would like to know the answer to this.

Or just get some decent armour and put the kits in till the Curb hits - then destroy the armour and get the kits back.
If the Curb will make the armour useless anyway you wont be losing anything and you will have decent armour in the meantime that you never have to repair or replace - works for me.

I know someone on our server put them on Mando Helm and some other peices they have managed to make.

Lets say you were to take some super nice comp gloves, place an attachment(s) in any available armor slot(s) on the gloves, then use your anti decay kit.....
When they convert all existing armor into the new balanced armor would your attachment still be there? will it still be anti-decayed??
I cant imagine the attachment coming back to you when you destroyed the armor that was anti-decayed, but who knows.. certainly would be nice if one or the other happend.
Can you place an attachment in a piece of armor that has already been anti-decayed??
