Aakuan Cave(not sure how to spell that) The Aakuan cave is a good place to loot good tapes from easy to kill mobs.Lord Nyax gives the best tapes 10-25's

elders- i get no tapes from them at all just crappy leather portions and half-decent polearm weapons

pm me and ill give you some places to loot. No way would i post them publicy though. Dam game is camped bad enough as is, this one place seemingly is never bothered with and I get up to +11 tapes or mod clothes daily

if u want the best quality tapes u should hunt elders, they go from 15-25 point attachments. if u r going for quantity, then u should hang out in the Jinda Ritualist caves on Endor. In the debris and bones u can get 1-4 point attachments. Most are worthless, but even a weapon experimentation +4 can get you alot. Also, the corvette is a great place to get good attachments, but it isn't easy to solo the high end mobs while avioding SBDs and such.

killed about 20-25 Elite Nova troopers (from spawns on planet surface) so far and one dropped a dignified belt with Melee Defence +18 / Polearm Counter attack +18. I know this is not a good statistic and maybe a coincedense.

Please dont send me anymore private messages guys. Im not going to answer them anymore. No offense but I already told too many peeps as it is. It took me a long time to find this place and work out the drop rates, im not going to just give that info to everyone (you wouldnt either)

Here's a list of places & people I could think of off the top of my head for quality loot. I've had at least 1 great if not "exceptional" loot from each of the mentioned in the list below

Lord Nyax - POI On Corellia

NS Elders - Random Spawns on Dath

NS Councilwomen - Random Spawns on Dath, typically northern area of map

Imperial Inquisitor (spelling?) - Weapons POI on Naboo

Death Watch - Random Spawns on Endor, typically near 0,0

Jedi NPC's - Random Spawns on Dantooine, Ctystal Cave also

Krayts - Random Spawns on Tatooine, Graveyard area also

"The Brain" NPC - Random Spawn on Dath, typically in western mountains

Nym NPC's - Random & Missions on Lok

New GCW NPC's - Random spawns in cities

i've had the best luck with frequency at the aakuan champion cave on talus, but faction farming the new npc's works out pretty well too. The best quality attachments that i've found have been on NS though, at the stronghold, or the forced labor camp.
