Well being that the Krayts have pretty much decresaed in population down to nothing for those of us that have a gang of pearls and tissue...should we save it in hopes the value increases? Does anyone think they value of such items looted from high end creatures will be find there way back to the top of the most wanted list like back in the "old days?"

Im already stockpiling up on premium pearls, just in case they are near impossible to get afterwards. I really hope they are though for 2 reasons...it would be nice to have a challange again, and itll make me a heap more money from pearls.

Not sure about tissues and other stuff but im keeping the best segs I get for my alt who ill be making Armoursmith...and I have 60 sets of tissues I can withdraw from my vendor at any time if it looks like they will increase in value.

Nice, I was kinda of wondering why all these guys were buying up Premium pearls so much. I have about 25 Quality pearls, and around 300 base krayt tissue along with maybe 2 dozen sets of nice above base tissue. I have noticed though...and wonder if you have noticed this too....that krayts just arent dropping crap. I had atleast 14 kills yesterday and not one pearl and 4 base tissue, along with a crapload of krayt armor segs......

Yeah, lately when I've been out, krayts have been harder to come across, and the usual coveted loot even more rare for me lately. I'm finally near unlocking my own jedi, which I originally had planned just to use for 10 lots, but with the upcomming CU, I've put focus back onto my jedi and have begun the stockpiling for myself. The CU looks like it will be in beta longer than planned, but my bet is that krayt loot will be rare again and the current surplus will no longer be "surplus" and hit strong demand once again. It is also possible that short of the pearls, the current krayt loot will not be used in the CU'd system, but very unlikely.

I have not seen a single Krayt near the pit of carkoon(SP?) in 4 days..... I used to be able to find plenty to kill through each buff session.... I have heard the additional faction bases by spawn area's are stopping thier spawning...

Yesterday I killed about 10 krayts, 8 of those giants and with no pearls or decent loot but thats not a good number to gauge it.

Day before though me and a bud got 3 flawless pearls from the first spawn of 4 ancients we found...so looks like its all random as always.

On tempest, its insane with spawns. guess bcs not many people krayt hunt anymore. but u cant go 2 inches without running into a canyon or ancient. Yesterday i went hunting to get tissues for a T21, my luck i got 11 +45 tissues. then 8 base. After that i just went to dant and helped my RL g/f's character grind.

Same with Eclipse. They were spawning faster than we could kill them. Going just about anywhere on that planet is simply offering yourself up as Krayt chow.

i been killing krayts for a month striaght.on a mission to get tissues fora 900+ max t21.

so far about 20 sets of 11 same tissues. already made 10 krayt t21 with the base and lesser sets. speed slices are such a was

170 krayt pearls. sold about 50 of them. stockpiling the rest.

I have all my pearls, crystals and holos. In the event SOE can't motivate me to keep Swordy/ Ranger goals, I am going into Jedi with a full arsenal.

Hmm, 10 or so giants in the last 2 hrs and no pearls.

Dunno where your fighting. I went to get some wooly for an armorsmith and all I got was very bad lag. 5 minutes just to get a harvest tab to appear. Then half the time, I didn't get any hide. But I kicked the feet out from under a jeuv and I didn't get a pearl either. A 2 set of very bad tissue.
