DEVS....I know its sometimes difficult (85% of the time) to see logic in your actions...

you give us cool things like event perks....so that we can have "player events" Then you make it so that the perk has to be like 20m from any structure.. Please...reduce the distance restrictions on player event perks....its impossible to have a player event in a city due to the fact that "the item is to close to a structure" jargon I have to read whenever I want to set something up.
