bump? there is one for sale on a vendor, with only three condition left. im wondering wether i should spend money on it or not. does condition matter, or is it like clothing the way aas and cas still work at a zero conition piece of clothing?

Only way condition affectsmods at the moment is it an item is 1/1 condition (failed repair) - aside from that condition shouldnt effect mods...

I don't know if this was/will be changed, but it used to be that if something was at zero condition, it still worked as long as you never took it off. It has probably been fixed, though, but the CURB could re-instqate the brokenness, hehe. You never know.

Just be sure to insure yourself and it will never get to zero. Either that, or be sure to never die.

At any rate, the +5 it offers for ranged defensehasminimal effectat a full combattemplate. You should just decide if 'every little bit helps' justifies the cost of the ring.

They work. At the moment anyway. A hot tip, get one more, get married with them, and they will get to full condition.
