Finish the quests for the Chief in Kkwoir Forest until you get to the arena part (In the Kerrimba village) the kill the wookie champion in the arena. After you kill him talk to the outcast informant and follow his instructions. Go to the webweaver caves and complete the missions for the Outcasts...final reward is the KD-1 rifle and the badge Exemplar of the Outcasts. Pretty cool =)
