After I came back from a year's 'break', I heard about the 'CU'.
I heard about new weapons.
I took a look at them.
I cried.

I was 'Lucky' I bought the SE edition of the game, that came with the awesome artbook. And I saw all those
sketches for armor, weapons, clothings, etc. That did not make it into the game, because Lucasarts did not
approve them, since they did not fit perfectly into the Star Wars universe.
So... my question is...
How did these made it past Lucasarts?

The 'Artist' responsible for these 'New' weapons should really try to find his own style, and create his own concepts,
instead of stealing weapon meshes from the internet and fooling around with them a little bit to make them look not so
'omg! thats stolen!'.

And I've seen more, so I'll make sure I update this.

Yeah, because the E-11 and the DH17weren't based on a British Sterling or the DL-44 based on a Broomhandle Mauser or the T21 a Lewis Mark I machine gun.
Oh, wait...

Yeah, like I stated in the other forum, hardly ANY of the weapons in the Star Wars universe are original. If you think some of those weapons are unoriginal, you should see the DL-44. They threw a scope and a muzzle barrel on it. That's it.

Yea like someone else said most every weapon in the Star Wars universe is based on a real gun. And theres really nothing wrong with that if you ask me. But rest assure they did not take these messes off the net and change them..........
