Seems to be the same drop rate as pre-CU. About one piece in around 50 kills.

I got a piece (biceps, I think) right after the CU hit--was just a random kill on my part. Too bad it's no longer wearable as is.

Where do you guys find all these Black Sun, I killed about 10 on Dath, but that's only because that's all I could find. Was looking for more, but no luck

Just takes time and patience to find them, and don't forget that each group you find will spawn 3-4 times.

Personaly, I always had more luck with Yavin 4 in the NW. I've pulled in two full suits up there pre-cu.

i recently looted 3 pieces of bh armor (all 3 from same group, and 2 were back to back) and a jetpack base from black suns on yavin, i find the best spot to find them is right near the mountain int the NW part.
