guys, read the forums, dps means nothing.
you want a sac caped advanced laser rifle or a sac caped scatter pistol, with as high of damage as you can find.

dps means less for end-game weapons, but if he's not MBH yet a) he cant use the HC scatters and b) he needs a weapon to help him finish his grind, which means anything with over 300 base DPS is going to be good enough. When he finishes his template and saves up a few mil, then he can start to worry about min-maxing his EQ.

Hey im a 3-4-4-4 bounty hunter and a Master Combat Medic, and i was wondering if anyone could tell me what the best weapon would be for me, or in that matter whats a good weapon just so i can get a good idea lol. I hate dealing with all those numbers its kinda dumb lol. Im more of a give me a blaster and ill shoot it kind of person, so can you help me out? thanks

just get whatever gun tells you has the highest base DPS....do you have any marksman lines other than support? If you're pure BH/CM then you dont have any specific weapon speeds, so you'll be pretty slow but the same with anything, so I suggest going with rifles for the range, or with the MCM certed pistol

oh anything over 300 base dps is generally going to be a very decent gun
