Ive heard that premiums now tune like crap, some as low as 70 70 -8...
Can quality pearls/crystals tune as a premium would? say a 120 120 -9 (but it be a rare tune?)

I can tell you this...my last few premium crystals were in the 34-94 dmg range, but all of them went -9.
My flawless pearls were higher dmg, 80-101, but were -7, -6, -8.

yea, thats about what ive been heaing.."flawless and premium are not worth it at all".
but im just curious as to how quality tunes compare to premium tunes.
its sad really that some of the best stuff is worth just as much as some of the crappiest stuff in this game.

wheres a good place to look for quality crystals... i only have a premium one

just tuned two quality crystals
-4 55
-3 45
tuning and nothing dropping is starting to really make things discouraging at best....
