I'm trying to fix broken datapads. I have the FOUR items it says I need to fix it in the item description. However when examining the datapad repair kit it says I have 4/5 items. Anyone know what the last item I need is? I have the repair kit and inside I have a broken datapad, datapad battery, datapad connectors, and a datapad backlight. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I think its another connector because it says datapad connectors i read that it was somwhere i duno im doing mine right now.

i think i tried the second connector thing and it wouldnt take.

to be honest....i wouldnt bother too much with em. i mentioned it a while back...but datapads and datadisks can be looted whole (although with loot tables being borked....not sure now). Looted from Flails on Corellia.

both go together to make the story datapads that used to be only obtained from Black Suns and Mandos.

I had looted another datapad housing and moved the four items from the old housing to the new and it I got a datapad. I'm guessing now that my first housing is bugged somehow. Thank you everyone for all the input. =)

Sigh, dont even bother. I just did the datapad thing I got a cheezy jokebook. It is not even impressive in its final form so you can put it up in a museum or something. I consider it a waste of time. Other than that, good luck. mine was bugged and I had to put TWO of each component in it for it to work.
