Look around the forums for people recently asking for waypoints to these mobs and you will easily find the ones most likely exploiting

I certainly do not mean to flame anyone--just thought I'd add some input.
First off, Catastro, that link you included in your post...I don't think that the person asking for the location of the Tusken Executioner was necessarily looking to exploit anything. The last time Victor got elected in Bestine, he gave out a quest telling folks to bring back the head of the Executioner. He basically said to check out the Tusken Fort POI, but it turns out he doesn't exactly spawn there (which would have saved me a lot of heartache had I have known that sooner). Anyway, this guy might be like many others who are simply asking where in the world the Executioner and his cohorts spawn.
Second, the person that looted the LLC with those stats did not use the exploit. LLCs and cryoban grenades are regular loot drops that you can get by killing him. Sometimes they have yellow text, meaning they are enhanced (i.e. DOTs, damage, or speed, etc). Besides, I believe Nyax uses a rifle as his weapon, which looks like an E11 to me.
I just wanted to mention these things before fingers get pointed unnecessarily.
