Can someone please tell me if skill modifiers still work on "0" or less armors and clothing...

they do for now but sometime they will be nerfed and items with 0 condition will no longer work

Was that announced by the devs? Should we stop puting attachments in Ubese shirts cause they'll all stop working soon? Or should I keep spending millions cause they're only "thinking" about doing this... (which will probably take a year or so)

the best thing is to just be careful. if you stick all your best attachments in a shirt and dont clone and it dies you are ok for the time being but items with 0 cond WILL be nerfed.
