Hi guys I was wondering if the tusken clothing that is looted already having modifiers like say +5 melee accuracy are still functional after the clothes break. I mean if it's 0/100 and you're still getting the accuracy mod, does the condition really matter? or do you lose the mod bonus when the clothes break? Thanks in advance for any help with this.

Yes the mods will work on clothing atm regardless of the clothings condition.
