it appears to be a red force crystal but says "skill-enhancing attachtment" and has a skill mod on it, yet it cant be attachted to clothes nor armor, plz tell me what this is lol

sounds like its a jedi skill attachment....try to see if a jedi can id some kind of mod on it...if not..i would contact a csr find out what it is...Ceasar ::::Sunrunner:::::

From what I've seen from previous posts it's a bugged item.. nobody's been able to figure out how to use it yet... including several jedi

submit a ticket and see what happens.
some say that leaving this in your inventroy will give you the bons 
try it by checking you character skil sheet, and drop it in your house and pick it up to see if the skill changes...assumign you have the skill

its a normal crystal with a bugged property. delete it, its junk loot. Devs know about em so no point in doing a /bug

and as far as deleting it. maybe not.
i recall seeing a post some time ago where this was rectified but i do not remember the outcome.
what were the stats? if the stats were crap or broken, try selling it to someone like a previous poster who buys strange collectibles like that

yes, i have been known to spent lots of money on useless oddities for my museum in the making.
