They won't attack. Before the GCW changes we had they used to assist you in anything you attacked if you were in range. Well I found a whole mess of imperials out by a krayt dragon, the krayt attacked me and they didn't help me kill it

Darn I always thought it was tons of fun when a spawn of 12 imperial soldiers would help you in a battle. Is there any way to get them to assist now?

wasent that change put in because people were exploiting it to get pearls?

If the Krayt has an AoE attack , justpull it into the troopers and let the AoEdo the rest.

Hmm yesterday i saw 2 jedis killing a giant krayt using a large turret as tank... hehe nice trick

i dunno about krayts having area attacks but when i push the kimos away 200m from the spawn point everything within 30m of him starts attacking the kimo because of his area attacka

Last night I had a group of Dune Stalkers assist me in killing a Giant Canyon Krayt.

It started off with conceal shot, then the bleed kicked in and it was chasing me around, but then it got really slow moving andI led it over by some Dune Stalkers. They were attacking and I was attacking it, and it could never decide who to attack.

45 minutes later the Giant Krayat was dead. Unfortunatley, as it was falling to the ground, it poofed into the twilight zone.

factional troops helping is buged atm. it was posted in some tc patch notes that it was fixed, but has not hit live yet.

and no, it's not an exploit to get npc's to kill stuff.

Yeah thats the only way to get the nova troopers on non-factional NPCs now since they fixed it. The random spawned nova troopers now work like factional pets, only attacking other faction targets that are attacking you, unless the AoE gets em.

Pretty big problem right now, you dont even need a base just place it in the middle of the graveyard and let it tank away, does good dmg and not a chance it'll be destroyed by a krayt lol with 90% resists, heavy armor and 300k condition.

LOL....yeah ive seen jedi exploiting the heck outta those bases lately......using turrets as tanks...exploit???? or just smart who knows and who cares..lol im sure dev's will nerf it eventually.
