Thread: question on the smooth stone from victor quest

i looted a smooth stone from an observer..couldn't find an executioner...anyhow..from what i understand you do not give this to victor?..rather wait for a vendor once sean gets back in?..can i still loot a head?..the stone is a non tradeable item..is this what i am stuck with for the quest, or can i still loot a head..from what i've read the head is a direct trade with victor for the useless rifle, which i want
..what happens if i give the stone to victor?

OK, I did quest. You cant give the smooth stone to anyone but the crazy merchant who is never in the merchant area. All you get is a very very very very very very very very very very crappy Lithitanium Carbine.
My advice, dont waste your time, I spent 2 months going back and forth. Just another unrewarding SOE quest.

No clue about the 'smooth stone'... Ive heard of them before, some1 said they can be used in weapons (i dont believe they can though, any1 confirm?) For the head, you can still loot the heads and give them to him, so go ahead

The lithitanium carbine is a novelty item. tough to get. You have to wait till sean is in office then the vendor spawns and you can trade the stone in.

ok..so victor won't take it..good, that means i can still trade inthe head, if can loot one of those..i know the reward isn't a quality item, but i like to collect crap..i was just concerned the quest wouldd be over once you got one of the 3 items (head, smooth stone, carved stone)
