To get the bone fragments that you'll need for R.I.S armor just go to the Woolander Palace POI. The fragments drop from the Woolander Harrowers that spawn in the rear of one of the rooms there.

i have GDK and the gurk hides i just need to collect bone fragments now and ill be able to get my guilds armorsmith to make me some RIS armor.
