Thread: Swoop bike percentage: What does it mean?

Hi!

I want to buy a swoop bike but they vary from vendor to vendor. Some say theirs are 98%, 85%, etc. What does it mean? The price is more or less the same, so should I look for some specific percentage?

the percentage of total experimented condition. A 100% AV-21 would have 2500 hp whereas a 97% AV-21 may have 2450(ish).

This is a post that has been around for awhile, but will give you a good idea of how the percentages work, even if the numbers aren't *entirely* accurate for all speeder models.
