I haev noticed about 80% of the light sabars i c and see pics of are really wide. and few look normal, the ones i c are like 3 blades wider than normal. i got good internet and a good p does anyone esle have these problems?

No, he's right, I have a massively chodeish golden saber, as well as a skinny red one. I was wondering that exact same thing today actually.

Actually both hilt and crystal affect it.
Try vaders saber with any crystal and you get a very defined blade with red or blue etc try it in dooku's and you get a much fatter blade.

Yep. It seems the blades that are shorter have a fatter core and the longer ones have a very thin one.

its the hilt craft a saber with the hilt that look like darth vaders and one of those with a wide end where the beam comes out u will see the difference of the hilt styles

its the hilt i crafted a type 10 fat blade type 13 much thinner still quite thick butthe besthilt imo
