Anyone know if a crafted Trandoshan Rifle from a schematic is better than the Trando rifle reward from Kashyyyk?

I'm told that the schematic is located in the one lockbox on the Avatar that nobody can currently reach, and seeing as the CSR didn't want to help me and closed my ticket petitioning them to move it for me then I'm not sure there's any way to craft them at all atm.

Schematics on the avatar once you get one it has unlimited uses. rifle barrels drop off Avatar Guards and other trandoshans on the avatar.
The quest rifle is 312 base but also requires being bio-linked to use. The Crafted ones can be as strong and stronger then the quest ones if high lvl tissues are used. also the Crafted Trandoshan Rifle doesnt have to be Bio-linked.

Myself and a buddy looted the schem and a rifle barrl, our guild weaponsmith made one, havent seen the stats on it as of yet though.

i looted a barrel for one, and i know a guy who looted the schematic on my server
