Im guessing its used to make armor with those stats, but can they be increased through experimentation? and how much are they worth?

they are worth nothing. Armor segments go into making armor core (which is what you have). the armor cores go into the suit. those will make ya a crappy suit if you had some more exactly the same, but 5k up is decent (i have 8k kin 6k base, armor w/ best stats on scylla atm)

Those are adv battle cores, they drop from Krayts and are definately more valuable now then post c/u Krayt scales, segs , etc.. They are worth something since they can be made into battle armor as they are without the 1/2/3 factory tagging for production of armor nowadays. Value? Not too sure, pends on the armorsmith. He can use em to make Reb Battle Armor , a couple pieces which he can make 500-800k off of if he's capable, or use them for reg combat armor and make round 100-200k max. So, in general, i would pay about 100k for a set. Also, consider a stacked set one less than showing since the last core cannot be used (i get either 'unstack ' message or "unusable because of damage')
