The npc's near Sawtooth. Realy easy, can't remember their names atm (at work) but they do drop at a decent rate.

Yeah, I've mostly gotten 'em from Sayorni monks and witches (believe they're called witches). Not too terribly bright, but they do make for great incidental lighting. One of 'em dropped underneath a metal chair I've placed inside a Krayt dragon skull, you get a nice diffuse lighting effect since the light goes right through the chair and reflects off the skull...sit in the chair, it's like there's a corona of light around you. They also do well inside or just behind such things as giant gongs, anyplace where you need some more light, and want it to be subtle...helps that they don't have a duration like lamps, too.
