To my knowledge it is a reward for the bestine elections.... I might be wrong.

its a reward for the executioners head when sean treadwell is not in office. not sure if it works anymore tho..

victor in bestine gives a mission when hes in power to kill the tusken observer when you kill him you should get a tusken head it cant be traded or droped in your house and you can only trade it in once for the lithium which sux as i have 2 more heads in my bank =[

I always thought this was a carbine not a rifle. Is it a decent weapon these days or some crappy CL30 one?

the carbine is given by a woman that spawns occasionaly in the bestine market you have to gith her a smoth stone which can be looted from the high level tuscans

the rifle sucks for combat.
do the high lvl tuskens spawn anymore?

I got one post cu, it looks exactly like a regular Tusken Rifle, and the requirements for it are CL40. Meh the stats overall weren't ubar.
