probably beter to ask on the bh forum however from what ive read all bh loot has been nerfed and you will mainly now get smugler tools
also you can now only get boss marks from being master bh

that would really break my heart to think that bh's couldn't find good loot easy now too.....like the rest of us....

What's your combat level? I get good loot at CL44. Another char at CL27 gets simple toolkits.

I should add, in both cases (CL44 and CL27), I have BH 1xxx. Training BH 2xxx doubled the cash, but didn't improve the loot. (Maybe, I started getting BH armor schematics.)

When it comes to loot drop, I think you will be better of Asking any question Regarding NPC BH drops in BH forum. They might have more experience with what BH targets drop. But generally I say you can expect all kinds of loot from your target, and it depends on your targets CL rate. Higher CL usually means better loot..

as of the last publish BH loot drop rules were changed. Novice BH's wont run into any elite or boss marks and as u can guess wont find any of the high end loot.

once your to investigation 2 you'll find smuggler slicing items and some very nice armor cores.

once your to investigation 4 you'll come start coming acrost BH armor schematics

and at master Bounty Hunter you'll get to find all of the above and CA's and the new weapon enhancers

That isn't how it's working out. At investigation 1 started getting CA's (including rifle speed 8, and another with lightsaber exp 3), plenty of trandoshan frames, a damage crystal and a stack of advanced recon cores. At investigation 2 I started getting armor schematics. Come to think of it, that's when I started seeing the silver bar bosses. My memory may be fuzzy and the crystal and core was at investigation 2, but since that's the highest skill I have, it's definitely not required to be a MBH for those.

Hmm... but then you said "since the last publish". So disregard what I said about investigation 1. I'm pretty sure I got a schematic and CA since then, but I'll go run a few missions tonight and verify.
Oh, and I got a Maroj Melon. I'm rich now! :-)

Woot! for Maroj Melon!

you'll start seeing Elite (sliver bar marks) around investigation 3-4 i believe but Boss marks (gold bars) are only at Master Bounty hunter which have the highest chance of dropping pretty loot (CA,weapon enhancers. etc.)

all NPC still have the 1-100 or whatever % you wanna think of chance of Dropping CA's just like every 150 rebels that die a CA is born

CL80, I just took up novice without dropping either my Master Commando or Master Carbineer skills. Still got junk, but I don't have the patience to do loot hunting anyway.
