Would like to know if power cellz only drop from elite marks , if so what is the drop ratio , if not , what else drops them ?

As far as I know, they only drop off of boss marks. They drop about 1:10 to 1:15...but the boss markhimself shows up about 1:25. Hope that helps...and sorry if you're not a MBH and have been expecting these.

The drop off of elite marks and up... not just boss marks.
I got some ther other day off a single silver chevroned elite.

Not sureI have run2hundred or moremissions since the bh update pub and I still havn't got a power cell yet. I'm still wainting to find one, lol. and yes i'm master bh.
