preCU negatives didnt seem t have a cap. PostCU i havent even heard of anyone looting a negative

I looted an armor attachment that just says "skill enhnacing attachment" and has no mods on it. I still have this one. I also an ARMOR attachment that was Unarmed Speed +10 that I was going to put in my armor till I went swordsmandoc. The unarmed speed AA I got somehow just a few days after the CU hit. The other I have had for some time and STILL don't know what the heck to do with it.

i looted a red crystal that is named Skill Enhancing Attachment and has a +15 armor exp mod on it
