Thread: Where to loot ns armor layers?

Im trying to collect ns armor layers cause im going to have some ris made for me and want the +350 health on it. Can anyone tell me what kind of ns and maybe a good spawn of where to kill them? thanks.

All NS are or sorry used to drop it with random stats on. Just take yur gun and go kill some tho. Must admit i didnt loot since time.
