Clearly the dev job does not and we are seeing the results with the no trade expansion #*&%#@!!!!!

How could a stupid idea like this even come up in a meeting much less make it off the drawing board? Even the 12 year old kids playing this game seem to have more common sense than the devs!

I swear these guys are intent on killing this game. Thank god I started playing WOW a month ago so I have something take my mind off this mind boggling crap!

Yeah. I too have started playing WoW to escape the BS that happens in this game all the time. Nice to just be able to play the game and not have to worry about crap and gettin pi$$ed off all the time at devs.Keep gettin shoved more and more away from playin this. Sucks too. This game could be so great...

oh its true, sadly. that wasnt the main reason i just dropped all four of my accounts. but it was the straw.
Can't take seeing this game getting stomped on no more.

so minus 120 for the expansions plus 60 a month. not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but negates six purchases
So really yay for me got 60 extra a month to drop on something "fun" just gotta find it now. lol

im just glad city of villans will be out soon. even when i got to the bored where i was bored out of my mind with city of heroes I stayed. best teams I have seen, the devs actually take time out to go online on test every week to talk to customers and see what they are thinking about the game. they will respond online. they have come in on holidays to fix major bugs asap, etc.

Im starting to think they must own shares of the company to care as much as they do compared to all the other games i have played.

Now you dont have to buy the game if your a crafter because you cant beat the quests to get the loots. You cant buy them either...so this expansion is basically useless to 75% of the Community.

GJ SOE....you do your stock holders proud. Try hiring some people that might have a clue.

The "nodrop" reward is commonly use in WoW but the devs should have taken note that this is a major complain from WoW players. Not a good idea to take something from another game when that something is hated by players.

I think Bio-linking is more then enough to solve loot being constantly resold.

This move is to sell more expansions period (which is backfiring).

They did not want people who did not buy the expansion to purchase loot from those that did.

I am sorry but I will never be convinced of any other motive.

I like WoW. I actually would rather play SWG because in potential I think it's the better game. Sadly, that's not so in execution and management. The CU removed a lot of that potential and marginalized large segments of the player population;whether it will ever recover from this is anyone's guess.

As for WoW, it's really nice not being increasingly angry weekafter week over changes made to the game or the direction its being taken in. Sure, there were exactly two changes I wasn't entirely happy about but they were on the level of minor nuisances. Blizzard isn't nearly as heavy-handed as SoE and they don't seem to mind that people are actually enjoying playing their game. They don't constantly take away from the players and you don't have to logon wondering how the game works this week as opposed to last.

So, while I'd rather be playing SWG, I won't be. Not until, or unless, the devs come up with a plan for where they are taking this game. A plan that is player-friendly,accommodating of the diversity of playstyles, and most of all elevates entertainment value and fun as the highest design priorities.
