so the npc's are all harder once the patch hits tomororrow, and the new improved loot they are supposed to drop? not there on tc... so we got nerfed, take more damage and more wear on everything, but get nothing in return. so now everyone gets treated like jedi....

yes, they are all higly resistant to snare / root now.

and the max level for anything is now 90. but it's a tough 90
