Curious to what is uber set of stats for enhanced power cells,renforced casings,stocks,trando barrels and such.What to know what to sell and what to keep for myself.

180ish, -8 SAC. Speed isn't a big factor, as it doesn't translate into a -0.2 reduction, but 0.02 when it ends up in a gun IIRC. Get a 180ish one; Keep it.
