I'm pretty sure that quest was broken around publish 9......try a galaxy wide vendor search on the bazaar under generic items. You can still find some around.

Sengine Smite was born. July 27 2004 to be exact.
The rest as they say....
was pretty tripped out.

i get it over and over, cause my quest bugged, i can complete it, only the part of alderaan flora

You should be able to speak to your nearest faction co ordinator and still do that quest unless its been patched.
Gave up after collecting 20ish floras
