More completely, smugglers use them to slice armor. (not sure which specific slice requires them specifically).

If you get a stack you're looking to sell, look up a smuggler.

ok added another question to the list. What are these worth? How manny do you need to have a suit of armor sliced? thanks

1-10k ea, depending on server. 7 per suit of armor.

It's worth noting that your smuggler will also need simple tool kits (another loot item) for each piece of armour to be sliced

Mando Intraframes are part 3 of this particular slice.

You will need an equal number of Trandoshan Intraframes first to fulfill part 2 of said slice.
