Thread: No condition belts/shirt Ubese/Mabari?

Can someone explain what these are. I understand they are pre-CU stuff, but what exactly does a No condition belt, shirt, etc mean. Was it created before condition was a factor or are they like 0/1000 condition. Also, if 0/1000 can it be adk'd back to full condition? Why are they so coveted?

They don't have any condition e.g they don't have 0/1000 or 53/100 condition , so they don't decay.

And therefore, by extension, any skill tapes/aa's on them will be conserved without need for an adk....
