Be certain that if no Reclusive Gurk King's have spawned at the waypoints, but their normal Gurk brothers have, to kill all ordinary Gurk's. Only then the Reclusive Gurk King is said to respawn.

yes you can find them on lok on random lair when you finish the lair, sometime a reclusive pop ^^

Are the 2 waypoints given in the RIS guides on Lok the only places to find these guys or do they spawn from certain gurk lairs?

Random lairs from a mission terminal or wild spawns or both?
and what would you say the percentage for them to spawn in random lairs was?

From wild spawns. There's theories about certain lairs having bigger chance to spawn a king but i found them to contradict each other. Have a go at it. I found that lairs with feral gurks around them more often spawns kings or feral gurk destroyers, or whatever they're called, than other lairs. They're easy kills so go out and see what works best for you. Far from every king drops hide though so it might take some time before you get lucky but on a good day on Lok, with lots of wild life, you should be able to loot 1-3 stacks an hours.
