I saw someone with one the other day and it kicked the crap out of the light I use for ctrl-l how would I get one?

They are looted off of the Sayormi in the Dead Forest, fairly uncommon compared to the stupid potions and crap you get but not the rarest things.

There is a special glowstick you can loot off the avatar also. Not sure is any different.

can you equip it or what, i got one but think only options are examine and destroy, can not sell it to junk dealer either
