Wanna buy a CA with AS exp +20 and pistol +20 but it looks like a crystal can i still use this?

No i just tried adding it to a cloth and it did not attach to it so maybe the blank CA thing or CSR thing might work but as of now i had to pass

No, CSR's will not change them.
This is a bugged item, and competly useless but for decoration.

I thought yuo took a blank CA thing and put that on it, then use the tape on a clothing. I had a bunch of the blank CAs, just never could find a use for 'em
